For radio models DP 4XX there is 2 platforms: firmware V1.x.x.x and firmware V5.x.x.x. For firmware V5.x.x.x use software CPSm V4.21 or above.
Templates from one radio firmware version cannot be used in another firmware model radio. Start from scratch with a new template.
