Shipping:

All orders are shipped UPS Ground.  UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or outside of the United States.

Methods of payment:

We accept Visa and Master card.  There are no net terms offered.

Resell of Radio Equipment:

Rassbach Communications has agreements with our vendors that we will sell directly to the end user.  Rassbach Communications is not to sell radios and communications equipment to others for the sole purpose of reselling the equipment.  By accepting our terms and conditions you agree that you are not purchasing the equipment for the sole purpose of reselling it.  If it is determined by our vendor that the radios were resold Rassbach Communications will hold you, the purchaser of the equipment, liable for all penalties and fines imposed by the vendor.  If Rassbach Communications uses legal counsel or must take court action, you the purchaser will be responsible for all court costs and legal fees.

Online Orders Return Policy:

We offer a 30 day day limited exchange policy.  Only radios and accessories that are defective can be exchanged for new ones.  It is extremely important that you order the proper radios.  Please call us for any assistance if you are not sure on your radio type, model, or accessories.

If an exception is made a 20% restocking fee will apply.  You must obtain an RMA number before shipping merchandise or packages will be denied.  Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase and it must be in its original condition along with all documentation and original paperwork.
